This listing is for one set of wood "watch me grow" mini succulent planter tags perfect for your baby shower favors! Each tag is cut + engraved out of 1/8" baltic birchwood and measure approximately 3.75" long x 2" wide. For orders of over 150, please send me a message to create a custom order.
Please include your personalization in the personalization box for example "Baby ____" and "Month + Year" as shown in the listing photo or "Baby First Name" and "Month, Date + Year"/"Month + Year".
